Refund policy
We want you to love your MissionWake. If something's not right, here's how we handle it.
Order Cancellations
You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it for a full refund. After 12 hours, your order has likely entered fulfillment and can no longer be cancelled.
To request a cancellation, email us at themissionwake@gmail.com with your order number and the subject line "Cancellation Request." The sooner you contact us, the better.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in its original packaging
- All accessories (blaster, target, manual) must be included
- The item must be in resellable condition
To start a return, email us at themissionwake@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for return. We'll send you return instructions.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived defective or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll send you an email confirming the refund. Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
Please note: original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Defective or Damaged Items
If your MissionWake arrives defective, damaged, or doesn't function as described, we've got you covered. Email us at themissionwake@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A photo or video showing the issue
We'll arrange a free replacement or full refund — no need to return the original item in most cases.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items returned without prior contact
- Items returned after the 30-day window
- Items not in original packaging or showing signs of use
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund after 10 business days, please first check with your bank or payment provider, as processing can sometimes take additional time. If you've done that and still haven't received it, email us at themissionwake@gmail.com.
