Shipping policy

Thanks for shopping with MissionWake. Here's everything you need to know about how we ship your order.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

Shipping Times

We ship worldwide. Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

  • United States: 5 to 8 business days
  • United Kingdom & Europe: 8 to 12 business days
  • Canada: 7 to 12 business days
  • Australia & New Zealand: 10 to 16 business days
  • Rest of World: 10 to 16 business days

Total time from order to delivery: 8 to 14 business days for most regions.

Tracking Your Order

Once shipped, you'll receive a tracking link via email. Please note that it can take 24 to 72 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch. If your tracking link looks inactive at first, this is normal — please give it a couple of days.

You can track your order anytime by clicking the link in your shipping confirmation email.

Shipping Carriers

We work with trusted carriers including USPS, Royal Mail, DHL, and local postal services depending on your region.

Delayed or Lost Orders

While the vast majority of orders arrive within the estimated window, delays can occasionally happen due to customs, weather, or carrier issues. If your order has not arrived within 20 business days of dispatch, please contact us at themissionwake@gmail.com and we'll help track it down or arrange a resolution.

Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we'll contact you to arrange reshipment (additional shipping fees may apply).
